Pillar 03 of 4 · Growth Operating System

Modernize with AI

Embed AI into your growth system so it lifts execution — not just lives in side projects.

03

AI is showing up in your industry's conference decks. The question is whether it's showing up in your numbers.

THE PROBLEM

You've had AI conversations. Maybe a pilot. Maybe a few tools that someone champions. But nothing has changed in how the work actually gets done.

When AI Is
All Talk,
No Lift

Your team uses ChatGPT inconsistently — some heavily, some not at all, often outside any governance.

AI is on the roadmap.
It's just not in the P&L.

Compliance and confidentiality concerns have stalled adoption. There's no shared answer to "what's safe to put in?" or "what does a good prompt actually look like?"

The output is uneven. The leverage is invisible

OUR APPROACH

Four Working Parts

We embed AI into the way your firm sells, delivers, and operates — built around four working parts that move teams from skeptics to capable, governed users.

01. AI Foundations Training

Practical, hands-on training that takes teams from "I've heard of ChatGPT" to consistent, professional outputs, built on a four-part prompt formula (Role → Objective → Inputs → Output Format) that anyone on the team can follow.

03. Use Case Library

Pre-built AI workflows for the work professional services teams actually do prospecting emails, capability summaries, follow-ups, proposal drafts, account research, meeting prep, post-engagement synthesis.

02. Data Governance Framework

A Green/Yellow/Red classification system that tells every team member, in plain language, what's safe to put into AI tools and what isn't. Built for environments where confidentiality matters regulated industries, professional services, government-facing work.

04. Adoption & Accountability

AI doesn't stick because of training. It sticks because of repetition, integration into existing workflows, and public commitment. We design the adoption system that gets AI from workshop to weekly use.

Built on the Scaling Up methodology, refined for professional services firms.

THE SITUATION

Eclipsys needed to embed AI into their Business Development, Inside Sales, and Marketing functions — but were constrained by compliance requirements, inconsistent team adoption, and no shared standard for what "good" looked like with AI.

WHAT WE DID

We designed and delivered a four-module AI training program anchored in a Green/Yellow/Red data governance framework and the 4-Part Prompt Formula. Module 1 (AI Foundations) covered safe use, prompting skill, and immediate sales and marketing applications — built around the team's actual scenarios, with facilitated workshops, hands-on exercises, and custom workbooks.

RESULT

Teams moved from sporadic, off-policy AI use to a governed, repeatable practice — with shared prompts, documented workflows, and team-wide commitments to weekly use.

WHO THIS PILLAR IS FOR

AI initiatives haven't moved past pilots or side projects

Is this your situation?

The team uses AI inconsistently, often outside of any governance

Compliance or confidentiality concerns have stalled adoption

This pillar is built for founder-led professional services firms in the $2M–$50M range where one or more of these is true:

There's no shared standard for what "safe" or "good" AI use looks like

Leadership wants AI's ROI to show up in sales, delivery, and operations — not just in IT

You want a defensible, repeatable AI practice, not a list of tool subscriptions

Make AI Show Up in the P&L

AI is a leverage tool. It only pays back when it's embedded — governed, trained, used. The fix isn't more tools or another pilot. It's a system.
