What is CDAP?
The Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) is offering $4 billion in total funding to help small to medium-sized businesses embrace digital transformation. Successful applicants can access up to $15,000 in a non-repayable grant to retain ALTA Consulting’s assessment and advisory services and offset the costs of planning their transformation journey.

Your business is eligible if it:
Has been incorporated federally or provincially, or the sole proprietor is a Canadian resident
Is a for-profit business that is privately owned
Maintains 1–499
full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
Has a minimum of $500,000 in annual revenues in one of the previous three tax years

What is next after developing the strategic plan and roadmap?
Like any transformation initiative, planning is just the beginning. You also need to execute throughout your transformation journey. ALTA’s team of growth architects can provide ongoing support to help you modernize and optimize your business technology.
