Be The Client
As a Consultant – Sales and Marketing, you will:
Analyze Sales and Marketing functions and make specific recommendations for improvement across people, process, and technology
Analyze and recommend programs to improve sales and marketing effectiveness, including organization design, territory management, strategic account management, opportunity management and prospecting
Develop strategies and plans to address growth challenges for mid market entrepreneurs
Recommend and define ABM campaigns. Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to define the ABM strategy and build relevant programs and nurturing processes
Strategize, build, and recommend integrated campaigns that will create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities
Recommend and implement marketing/sales tech stack to support the roll-out of programs including marketing automation systems and customer relationship management systems to execute, track, measure and manage programs
Test and improve programs and measure effectiveness to accelerate pipeline growth and close leads faster
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in a Inside Sales, Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, or Lead Gen role
B2B marketing/sales experience (software as a service or professional services is a plus)
Knowledge and experience with MarTech Stack, customer relationship management (e.g. Salesforce), and marketing automation systems (e.g. Hubspot)
Knowledge of the sales process, demand funnel, and B2B lead management best practices
Savvy at communicating and managing relationships both internally and with clients
Experience or desire to work at a start-up, a small company, or in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and adaptable
Must be able to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to effectively generate, execute and report on marketing programs
Proven track record of execution on sales programs marketing campaigns, including planning, project management, reporting and results
