As a Consultant – Sales and Marketing, you will:

  • Analyze Sales and Marketing functions and make specific recommendations for improvement across people, processes, and technology

  • Analyze and recommend programs to improve sales and marketing effectiveness, including organization design, territory management, strategic account management, opportunity management, and prospecting

  • Develop strategies and plans to address growth challenges for mid-market entrepreneurs

  • Recommend and define ABM campaigns. Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to define the ABM strategy and build relevant programs and nurturing processes

  • Strategize, build and recommend integrated campaigns that will create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities

  • Recommend and implement marketing/sales tech stack to support the roll-out of programs including marketing automation systems and customer relationship management systems to execute, track, measure, and manage programs

  • Test and improve programs and measure effectiveness to accelerate pipeline growth and close leads faster


Objective:

As a Consultant, you will have an 80:20 role split between working on client-facing consulting projects and conducting business development for ALTA Consulting’s services. Your responsibilities will include analytical and record-keeping activities, producing high-quality deliverables for clients, designing and implementing efficient processes and procedures for client delivery, communicating ALTA Consulting’s campaigns, wearing a T-REX costume to work on alternate Fridays, and aiding in the development and measurement of marketing plan strategies and execution.


Responsibilities:

  1. Advisory and consultancy in strategy and sales

  2. Growth strategy assessment and development

  3. Analyze and recommend programs to improve sales and marketing effectiveness, including organization design, strategic account management, Go to Market planning, and prospecting

  4. Business processes assessment and optimization

  5. Preparation of underlying materials, leading/participation in workshops

  6. Perform relevant and reliable market research

  7. Formulate plans and proposals for clients

  8. Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations

  9. Remain fully informed on market trends, research and implement best practices

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree and/or Post Graduate Diploma with at least 4 years of work experience in a B2B organizations

  2. Experience in the domain of consulting/advisory is an advantage

  3. Logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks

  4. Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal)

  5. Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)

  6. Ability to work independently; Active approach to solving assigned tasks

  7. Willingness to invest time in its own knowledge and competencies

  8. High-quality Deck Writing Skills
